Approval

You [the User] agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy by using the services on this site. For the purposes of this document, “Sensitive Personal Information” refers to any individual’s: (i) password; (ii) financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details; (iii) physical, physiological, and mental health condition; (iv) age and sexual orientation; (v) address; (vi) Biometric information; and (vii) any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to any body corporate for providing a service. Information that is publicly available or accessible in the public domain or provided under any current law should not be considered sensitive personal data or information for the purposes of these rules.

Fair Use

Users must not host, display, upload, change, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:

1. belongs to another individual and to which the User has no right,
2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invading another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any way whatsoever harms minors in any way infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights,
3. contains computer viruses or any other computer code, files, or programmes designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource,
4. threatens India’s unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty, cordial relations with other nations, or public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offence or hampers the investigation of any offence, or insults any other nation.

The Company shall not, either directly or indirectly execute the following, and shall ensure that Users do not:

• access (or attempt to access) any service using any means other than those authorised by this Agreement and the law,
• bypass, disable, or otherwise interrupt with security-related elements or features that stop or restrict the use or copying of any Content or third-party content, or levy limitations on the use of the website or the Content and third-party content contained therein,
• access the website in order to post such Content in order to create a breach of security or to interfere with the legitimate operation of the website,
• remove the notices of copyright and other property rights,
• legal obligations enforcement.

The User agrees that PARIVAR HOTEL & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED may discontinue the User’s account, remove the Content and other Network Data, and disable the User’s access to any and all Networks at any time for violations of this policy, without preliminary notice or obligation to the User. The User is solely responsible for adhering to all functional laws, including privacy laws.
